So, what do you need to do?
Absolutely nothing. Unless you’ve already opted out, Line Assurance will be activated on your line(s). If you experience a fault, give our customer service team a call. If we can’t fix your issue over the phone, we’ll arrange for an engineer to come out to you at no extra cost.2 We’ll get you back up and running. You’ll be kept up to date with the engineers’ progress until the work is completed and your service is fully restored.
What if you don’t want Line Assurance?
That’s no problem. If you decide that Line Assurance is not for you, give us a call and we’ll cancel it for you. But if you change your mind you can add Line Assurance back onto your account(s) and it will take effect from the start of the following month.
