To complete our forms you will need evidence of the change of tenancy
this can be:

  • Lease, Sub-Lease, Tenancy agreement, contractual right or licence to use a property

  • Lease, Tenancy Surrender or Termination

  • Title Deeds or Land Registry

  • Bill, invoice or receipt for other utilities bill, council tax, brewery, equipment. Must include the company name and address.

  • Mortgage Agreement or Mortgage Completion certificate

  • Death certificate

  • Insurance which includes building or Public Liability Employers.

  • TR1 form

  • Sale of a Property with a signed and dated copy of the transfer document between the seller/transferor and the buyer/transferee (both parties details completed) should be provided.

  • Bank, Solicitor, Administrators or Landlord ltr confirming full details

  • Business Rates Bills and/or evidence of exemption
