Now in its 26th year, these awards celebrate the success and achievements of Lanarkshire businesses. This award looked for businesses with strong performance records and teams who have plans for continued success and stand out from their competitors.
FINALIST – Water Retailer of the Year
The Water Industry Awards, back for their 13th year, celebrate and reward outstanding achievement and innovation in the UK water industry. This category was new for 2019 celebrating water retailers who have made the biggest impact on their business customers.

These awards are one of the longest established business awards highlighting the success and diversity of the Lanarkshire business community. This award was open to all businesses viewed as first-class employers by their staff.
REGIONAL WINNER – Male Agent of Change, CEO Chris Earle
Celebrating our equality and diversity, and following on from our excellent Gender Pay Gap results, our CEO Chris Earle was named the first ever Male Agent of Change at Forward Ladies Regional Finals for the North West, Ireland and Wales.

The Call North West Awards recognise excellence and celebrate achievements in the Contact Centre sector in the North West. Verastar stood out for People Development thanks to our Pay Progression scheme which drives colleague performance by encouraging employees to develop new skills.

The Utility Week Awards are the gold standard of achievement for UK utilities. This highly prestigious award, recognises outstanding utilities that set a benchmark for others to aspire to, delivering on every front.
