Order received

Our team will contact you shortly to welcome you to Clear Business.

Confirmation letter

You will then receive your contract pack in the post, confirming your transfer date.

The process

You may receive a letter from your current provider confirming that you are leaving them. If anything is unclear, please call our Welcome Team on 0333 041 3131 who will be happy to help.

The switch

After approximately 2 weeks, your line will transfer to Clear Business.

The trial

You will have a 30 day no commitment trial which will commence on your service start date.*

Transfer complete!

The legal stuff.

* If you choose to leave Clear Business during the first 30 days of service, you will be required to pay for the charges incurred during the period we supplied you and any equipment you fail to return. There is no charge for ending the contract early. Excludes Fibre products and the line on which Fibre is supplied.
