All you need to do to keep your existing telephone number is give us your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC). It’s easy to get your PAC. Simply text “PAC” to 65075 and your old supplier will send it to you. Once you have received your PAC, complete the table below and press send.
If you do not provide us with a PAC we will be unable to transfer your existing number. However, you will still be charged from the date the services are first made available to you. This is in accordance with our charges schedule which can be found here.
