  • The first conversation

    Our payments team will take the time to understand your business, how it runs, and how you’d like it to grow. We’ll ask questions about your current circumstances, the history of your business and any relevant financial information to support your application. We’ll also discuss our wide range of card payment services to identify the most suitable option for your business. 

  • Background checks

    Our acquiring banking partners are legally required to perform background checks on all new customers. If they need any additional information, we'll contact you directly. To find out more, please see our Privacy Policy.

  • Receiving your card payment terminal

    Once your application has been accepted, your card terminal will be sent within 3 working days.

  • Setting up

    All of the terminals we send to customers come with easy to follow set-up guides. But if you do have any questions, our team is only one call away and is always happy to help. Alternatively, you can arrange for one of our card payment specialists to come out and help with the installation. 

  • The first transaction

    Congratulations! You’re now ready to go and take that first payment. Simple.
