Water Switching Process.
Switching to Water from Clear Business is simple.
Once you sign your contract and Direct Debit, we will check the SPIDs for your premises.
We’ll get to work: process your contract, place the orders and send you a contract pack. If you change your mind, you have 7 days from the point of agreeing your contract to cancel.
Our Welcome Team will call you to discuss the next steps.
After 7 days, your order will be
progressed and you’ll be moving to us.
A meter reading will be scheduled to coincide with your transfer. We will also contact you to get a customer read and confirm any site details needed to manage your account going forward.
Your transfer will be complete between 21-28 days depending on your location and type of supply.
