This offer is subject to the following terms: a) You enter into a membership for payment services with Inspire Payment Services Limited (under their standard terms), and you purchase broadband from Verastar Limited (under their standard terms). b) Where you sign up to a 24 or 36-month broadband contract, Inspire will discount your monthly membership fees for the payment services under the payment services contract to £0.00 (up to a maximum of £19.99 for each broadband service purchased) for the duration of your broadband contract. This offer cannot be used with other offers. c) This discount will cease to apply, and the monthly membership fees for the payment services will become due at the undiscounted rate specified in your contract where: (i) your broadband service starts more than 60 days after your Application to the Acquiring Bank has been approved, (ii) your broadband contract ends for any reason, or (iii) your contract with the Acquiring Bank ends for any reason.

8. The level of funding you could receive is dependent on your average card turnover. Typically, you could receive an advance of up to 2 x your average card turnover, so if you take £10,000 per month on cards you could be eligible for an advance of up to £20,000 in total.

9. Your advance is automatically repaid from your card revenue. When your customer pays by card either via your card machine or e-commerce site, a small fixed percentage of that transaction is used to repay the advance. This percentage is agreed when you sign up and will stay the same regardless of the transaction value, so you’ll always repay proportionately with your cash flow. This process will continue until the advance is fully repaid.
