How to get Broadband Assurance cover
Unless you’ve already opted out, Broadband Assurance is activated on your account. If you experience a fault, give one of our customer service team a call. If we can’t fix your issue over the phone, we’ll arrange for an engineer to come out to your premises at no extra cost2. We’ll also keep you updated with the engineer's progress until the work is completed and your service is fully restored.
I don’t want Broadband Assurance
That’s no problem. If you decide that Broadband Assurance is not for you, simply give us a call and we’ll cancel it for you. But if you change your mind, you can add Broadband Assurance back onto your account(s) and it will take effect from the start of the following month.
